Pricing & Availability
Two Spoons is available for home delivery from this website, via DoorDash and UberEats in California, and at select supermarkets throughout the United States.
If you want to request Two Spoons be carried at your local supermarket, just reach out to us and we'll be happy to help you make that ask!
Returns
We believe that Two Spoons low-carb ice cream is the best of the best. But if you don't agree, simply contact us and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or a refund.
Obviously, ice cream can't be returned. But don't stress - if there's anything wrong with your order, please let us know via customer support and we'll do our best to make it right.
The best way to change your order is to contact our support department. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from our National Distribution Points (CA, NV, MO, PA, FL) on Mon, Tues and Weds ONLY to protect the product in transit. All product is shipped with 1-2 day shipping.
Ice cream needs to be kept at a stable, frozen temperature below 0 F. When you receive your Two Spoons order we strongly recommend opening it immediately, and transferring the pints to your freezer for at least an hour or two before eating. Please exercise caution with any dry ice in the package.
But how do we ship it perfectly frozen?
After hand-packing your pints, we put them in our deep freezers where they're kept at or below -20 F. When it's time to ship your order, your pints are transferred to a thermally insulated container and surrounded by dry ice.
We ship your order that day with 1 or 2 day delivery, and enough dry ice to survive even the warmest days in transit plus a few hours waiting at your door.
But don't dally! Check your shipment tracking number and make sure someone is there to receive your box as quickly as possible.
When receiving your package, you may find some remaining dry ice. Please handle dry ice carefully, as it can cause severe burns. Leave this dry ice outside to sublimate (evaporate) safely.
If your pints do not arrive in perfect, frozen condition, contact us that day for a refund or replacement order. We'll make it right.
Ice cream needs to be preserved in transit, and anything longer than 2 day delivery risks ruining the precious, creamy goodness that is Two Spoons.
We ship nationwide from our distribution centers in California, Nevada, Missouri, Pennsylvania and Florida.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the continental United States. But reach out to us if you need help and we'll try to do our best to get you what you need.
We ship from our national distribution centers on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. You will receive your order within 2 days of it being shipped.
Please check the tracking info that is mailed out after orders are shipped and be sure to meet your delivery as soon as possible so you can transfer product to the freezer.
If you don't receive your tracking number in a timely fashion or if you have any issues with delivery or shipment, please reach out to us ASAP and we'll be sure to help.
Carrier tracking provides you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.
If there are any problems with your order, we'll make it right. Please try to take a photo of your package (outside and inside) and contact our customer service department.
